Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States

We also ship to a carefully selected group of international destinations, including:

Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Ireland, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Norway, and Switzerland.

We currently ship to these countries because they offer reliable delivery, smooth customs processing, and consistent shipping timelines, allowing us to provide the best possible experience for our customers.

As our store grows, we may expand international shipping to additional locations.

How long does shipping take?

Each item is made to order.

Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping time:

  • United States: approx. 5 – 10 business days

  • International: approx. 10 – 21 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on location.


Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
