At Seek First Store, every item is created especially for you the moment you place your order. Because our products are made to order, we do not hold inventory or process returns in the traditional sense. Instead, we follow a clear and fair replacement policy designed to protect you from any manufacturing issues.
Thank you for supporting a small Christian brand — we want you to feel confident in your purchase.
⭐ Damaged, Misprinted or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To request a replacement:

Attach clear photos of the issue
Once verified, we will gladly send out a replacement at no cost to you.
Items reported after 30 days cannot be replaced.
⭐ Lost Packages
If your order does not arrive:

Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

We will investigate with our fulfillment and shipping partners

If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no charge
⭐ Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment

We will notify you if a package is returned to our fulfillment facility
Orders cannot be refunded due to incorrect address entry.
⭐ Unclaimed Orders
If the courier is unable to deliver your package and it is returned to our fulfillment facility:

You will be responsible for reshipment costs

Unclaimed orders may be donated after 30 days if not reshipped
⭐ Size Exchanges & Change of Mind
Because each item is made to order specifically for you:

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for choosing the wrong size

We cannot offer refunds for change of mind or buyer’s remorse

⭐ Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items such as face coverings cannot be returned or replaced unless defective.
⭐ EU Consumer Notice
In accordance with Article 16(c) and 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

Sealed goods unsealed after delivery and not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons
All Seek First Store items are made to order, and therefore exempt from cancellation under this regulation.
